Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Make beds neatly and replace linens according to established procedures.
- Replenish guest room amenities, towels, and supplies.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces, and vacuum/mop floors.
- Empty trash and recycle bins.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work cart and storage areas.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Interact professionally and courteously with guests when encountered.
- Assist with laundry duties as required.
