Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas, according to established standards and procedures.
- Change linens and make beds neatly and efficiently.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and stationery.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors.
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and windows.
- Empty trash and transport soiled linens to designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly to supervision.
- Maintain a tidy and organized cart and storage areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals.
- Provide exceptional service and respond courteously to guest requests and inquiries when encountered.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
