Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of package handlers, fostering a safe, collaborative, and highly productive work environment.
- Oversee the efficient and accurate sorting, scanning, loading, and unloading of various package types, ensuring strict adherence to daily schedules and quality standards.
- Implement and rigorously enforce all company safety protocols, operational procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Continuously monitor package flow, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively develop and implement solutions to optimize operational efficiency and throughput.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on handled packages and review handling processes to ensure integrity and prevent damage.
