Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport executives and VIP guests to and from various destinations, including airports, meetings, and events.
- Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals, accounting for traffic, road closures, and alternative paths.
- Maintain the executive vehicle(s) in pristine condition, including regular cleaning, fueling, and scheduling routine maintenance.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations, prioritizing the safety and comfort of passengers.
- Demonstrate utmost discretion and confidentiality regarding all executive movements, conversations, and professional activities.
- Manage and maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends as required.
- Assist passengers with luggage and other personal items as needed, demonstrating a helpful and courteous demeanor.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure operational readiness and safety.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance performed.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address potential issues to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.
Required Skills
- Valid California Driver's License (Class C or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably in an executive or chauffeur role.
- In-depth knowledge of San Jose, Silicon Valley, and the greater Bay Area road network and traffic patterns.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality, and uphold a high level of professionalism.
- Physical ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs) and assist passengers as required.
