Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Sort and stack clean dishes, ensuring proper storage and organization.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including sinks, countertops, and floors.
- Empty trash cans and move clean dishes and other items as needed.
- Assist with basic kitchen cleanup tasks as directed by kitchen staff or management.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs immediately.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
