Key Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely to clean dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including sinks, work surfaces, and floors, throughout the shift.
- Assist with basic kitchen cleanup tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash, as needed.
- Monitor dishwashing detergent and sanitizing solution levels, refilling as necessary.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to management promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a continuous flow of clean dishes during peak hours.
- Handle all items with care to prevent breakage and damage.
