As a Busser, you will be the backbone of our dining room, ensuring our service areas are immaculate, organized, and ready to welcome every guest. You’ll work closely with our servers and kitchen staff, contributing directly to the smooth flow of operations during our busiest evening hours. Key Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring readiness for new guests.
- Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread, and providing any necessary table maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
- Transport dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware to the dishwashing area.
- Restock service stations with plates, utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed.
- Support kitchen staff by removing used equipment and maintaining a tidy pass-through area.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, or direct them to the appropriate server/manager.
- Adhere to all sanitation and safety standards to ensure a healthy and safe dining environment.
- Collaborate effectively with the entire restaurant team to ensure seamless guest service.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the dining area as assigned.
