Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages following company recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly, taking accurate orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Operate cash register, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and manage daily sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas.
- Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and experience with cash handling/POS systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
