Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Interact with guests in a friendly, engaging, and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, garnishes, and liquor inventory.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately using our POS system, managing tabs and ensuring correct transactions.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as necessary, adhering strictly to all local and state alcohol service laws.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance mixology skills and product knowledge.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Bar Tender in a high-volume setting.
- Excellent knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
