Key Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications.
- Help with pulling wire, bending conduit, and installing electrical components.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and equipment.
- Transport materials and tools to and from job sites.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop basic troubleshooting skills under supervision.
- Attend and actively participate in all training sessions and mentorship programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the electrical team and ensure project completion.
Required Skills
- Strong willingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools (or a strong aptitude for quick learning).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various conditions.
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination for precision work.
- Unwavering commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites across the Laval area.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- First Aid/CPR certification.
