Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew members before, during, and after flights.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks of the cabin, emergency equipment, and supplies.
- Deliver comprehensive safety briefings and demonstrations to passengers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing passenger needs and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
