Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding during night shifts.
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake, and output, reporting any significant changes to the nursing staff promptly.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment, including changing linens and tidying patient rooms.
- Respond to patient call lights and requests in a timely and compassionate manner.
- Document care provided and patient observations accurately and completely in electronic health records.
- Support patient comfort and emotional well-being throughout the night.

Required Skills
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Arizona or eligibility for certification.
