Key Responsibilities
- Set up banquet tables, chairs, place settings, and décor according to event specifications and diagrams.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to guests during events, adhering to established service standards.
- Clear tables, refresh drinks, and attend to guest needs throughout the duration of the event.
- Assist with the breakdown of banquet areas, including clearing dishes, silverware, glassware, and linen.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all banquet equipment and storage areas.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, banquet managers, and other team members to ensure smooth event execution.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Be proactive in anticipating guest needs and offering assistance when appropriate.
