Key Responsibilities
- Assist head bakers with the preparation of various baked goods, including mixing dough, shaping pastries, and preparing fillings.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, ovens, and proofers, under supervision.
- Package, label, and display finished products attractively for sale, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, communicating needs to management.
- Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries, ensuring proper storage of all items.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with selections and processing transactions when needed.
- Perform general cleaning duties, including washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping, to maintain a hygienic environment.
