Key Responsibilities

- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and provide correct change.
- Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide assistance as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including stocking bags and supplies.
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining product displays on the sales floor when required.
- Effectively communicate current promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to management as appropriate.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.
