Key Responsibilities

- Process cash, credit, debit, and other payment types accurately and securely.
- Scan merchandise, ensure correct pricing, and bag items carefully.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy checkout area at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues or direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and customer service.
- Assist with merchandising tasks, such as stocking shelves or organizing displays, when necessary.
- Monitor self-checkout stations, providing assistance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Promote company loyalty programs, special offers, and services to customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support store operations.
Required Skills
