Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload and process incoming deliveries, checking for accuracy and damage.
- Systematically replenish shelves, ensuring products are correctly priced, faced, and rotated according to merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised back stockroom and sales floor throughout the night shift.
- Operate manual handling equipment safely and responsibly, including pallet trucks and roll cages.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with other night team members to achieve daily replenishment targets.
- Support inventory management by reporting low stock levels or discrepancies.
- Assist with the setup of promotional displays and seasonal changes as required.
- Ensure all waste and recycling are managed appropriately at the end of the shift.
Required Skills
- Ability to work consistently throughout night hours.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical stamina, capable of lifting and moving products regularly.
